Nachdem das Schneechaos dafür sorgt, dass die Post extrem langsam ist, konnte ich Montag nur noch eins tun: Damit L ihre Bilder noch vor Weihnachten bekommt, habe ich sie ihr gebracht. Im Schnee. Mit dem Auto. Es hat sich gelohnt. Das Leuchten in ihrem Gesicht als sie endlich ihre Bilder in den Händen hielt, die Vorfreude, bevor sie das Paket öffnete, die liebe SMS, die ich später noch bekam… All das zeigte mir, dass Boudoir Fotografie genau das ist, was ich tun will.
Das Shooting mit L war ein Traum. Anfangs war sie ein enig nervös, aber schon kurz darauf war sie relaxed und hat sich fallen lassen. Sie war einfach nur großartig und ich musste nur auf den Auslöser drücken, um dies auf Zelluloid zu bannen.
Danke, L, dass du so toll bist. Danke, dass du mir die Chance gegeben hast, dir zu zeigen, wie wunderschön du bist. Danke für dein Vertrauen, L!
Due to the snow chaos the postal service is extremely slow. Monday I just had one chance left to get the prints to L in time for christmas: I had to drive. In the snow. By car. It was so worth it. Her face beaming with joy, the anticipation as she hold her parcel in her hands, the lovely message she sent me later… All of this showed me, that I love doing what I do.
The shooting with L was a dream. She was a little nervous upfront, but soon she relaxed and let her guards down. She was incredible and I just had to press the shutter to have all of her amazingness on celluloid.
